She was predeceased by: her parents, Ilie Rakes and Allena Rakes; her sisters, Peggy Murphy, Rachel Kisac, Sarah Gilbert and Patricia Chalfant; and her granddaughter Melody Fugate.
She is survived by: her husband Teddy Fugate; her children, Valerie Morehead (Chuck), Traci Couch (Dwayne), Stephanie Fields, Theodore Fugate (Misty) and Brian Fugate; and her grandchildren, Joshua Fields (Natasha), Nathan Morehead (Michelle), Ryan Couch (Ruby), Gunnar Couch, Kylie Watkins, Drew Fugate, Annieska Fugate, Gabriel Fugate and Carissa Fugate. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
