He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Theo Dowell and Alma Pearson; and his brother Carl Dowell. He is survived by: his children, Shelly Dowell, Kristie Evetts (Travis) of Gallatin, Angel Dowell of Gallatin, Harold Dowell Jr. (April) of Gallatin, Holly Nichol Box of Hendersonville and Kirby Moore; and his sisters, Lila Gregory of Westmoreland and Joan Toney of Portland. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
The family requests that everyone wear a mask to visitation and the funeral service.
In lieu of flowers memorial can be made to Wilkinson Wiseman Funeral Home to offset funeral expenses.
