He is survived by: his wife Ora Rogan of Portland; his children, Fred Rogan Jr. of Indiana, John Anthony Rogan of Indiana, Lisa Evette Rogan of Columbus, OH, Sharon Michelle Rogan of Dayton, OH, Trevor Lovor Jackson of Portland and Curtis B. Rogan of Portland; and his sister Glenda Brewer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & numerous great grandchildren.
