He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Perdue and Mildred Perdue; and his son Van Elliott Perdue. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Perdue of Portland, TN.; his children, Laura Perdue-Gregory of Portland, TN, Melissa Karnes (Rick) of Gallatin, TN, Betsy Pitt (Charles Jr.) of Portland, TN. and Todd Adams (Janet) of Bethpage, TN.; his sisters, Charlotte Weiss (James) of Goodlettsville, TN, Beverly Perdue of Goodlettsville, TN and Martha Hicks (Hilman) of Portland, TN.; his grandchildren, Stephen Parker, Casey Willmore Davis (Brandon), Jessica Adams, Trey Pitt (Brittney), Corey Willmore, Issac Adams (Phallan), Caleb Willmore (Kristen), Chase Pitt and Jacob Adams (Kayla); and his great grandchildren, Jep, Raylin, Bennett, Gracyn, Mason and Charlie.
