She was predeceased by: her parents, James William Mangrum and Eula Mae Belcher-Mangrum; and her brothers, Jerry and Richard Mangrum. She is survived by: her children, Melanie Starks-Puckett of Portland and Jody Starks (Leslie) of Hendersonville; her grandchildren, Merecedes, Grace, Tyler, Jack and Nate; and her sisters, Colleen Hall (Gary) and Sharon Philebaum.
