She is survived by: her children, Joseph Plouffe, Glenn Powell (Billie), Dione Winslow and Chris Powell; her stepchildren, Victoria Powell, Annie Lee (Randy), Michelle Powell and Tony Powell; her grandchildren, Richard Kipher (Liz), Amber Boren, Kristen Powell, Lapellya Powell, Christopher Powell, Gregory Powell, Joey Brusen, Laura Ziegler, Michael Winslow and Joshua Winslow; her siblings, Tony Sheppard (Margaret), Linda Turnbow, Sammy Sheppard (Virginia), Ricky Sheppard, Merrue Powell, Angelo Sheppard, Victor Sheppard, Janice Jaffa (Mike) and Kenna Sheppard (Jeannie); and her niece Jody Williams.
