She was predeceased by: her parents, William Winslow and Lorraine Moeller Winslow; her son Robert Cleveland; and her brother Russell Winslow. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Culbreath of Portland, TN; her children, Candace Ruth (Sean) of Portland, Aubrey Singelmann (Jacob) of Gallatin, TN and Chelsea Culbreath of Nashville, TN; her grandchildren, Kiyah Carlson, Victoria McCullough, Xoee Ruth, Blake Webb, Izabella Singelmann, Noah Singelmann and Briella Singelmann; and her siblings, Loretta Chalfant of Roseville, CA and William Winslow of Windsor Heights, IA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
