He is survived by: his wife Deborah Horn of Portland; his children, Douglas Miles (Riley) of Bowling Green, Kristi McKinnis (Mike) of Auburn and Katie Blair of Hendersonville; his brother Ronnie Horn of Centrailia; and his grandchildren, Ireland McKinnis, Caden McKinnis, Emerson McKinnis, Carson Blair, Gibson Blair, Leland Blair, Elias Massey and Juniper Miles.
