He is survived by: his wife Lottie Bender; his children, Justin Bender, Mark Bender (Shelley) and Teresa Rigsby (Michael); and his siblings, Patty Bender, Henry and Terry Bender. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, twelve grandchildren.
