He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Harold Philebaum and Edythe Nadine Douglas; his grandparents, Bertin and Ovie Douglas; and his brother Michael G. Philebaum.
He is survived by: his sister Teresa D. Follis of Hermitage, TN; his sister-in-law Sharon Philebaum of Hendersonville; his nephews, Ricky D. Philebaum of Cottontown, TN, Jeremy Philebaum (Kimberly) of Hendersonville, Jamie Follis (Roxanne) of Old Hickory, TN and Brian Follis (Charmaine) of Hermitage, TN.; and his niece Jeannie Sloan (Jason) of Erin, TN. He is also survived by 15 grand nieces and nephews and 7 great grand nieces and nephews.
