He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoy Carter and Dorothy Carter; and his wife Frances Gail Carter. He is survived by: his stepsons, Albert Lee Andrews Jr. of Portland, TN, John Andrews of Portland, TN and Steven Allen Andrews of Portland, TN. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
