He was predeceased by: his father Donnie Ray; his daughter Casey Rene Groves; and his sister Jill Groves. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Groves; his son Matthew Groves; and his sisters, Wendy Thompson (Jackie) and Denise Cannon (Ben). He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, nephews, and nieces.
