She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwyn B. Bisplinghoff and Evelynn L. Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Bob Palmer of Portland; her stepchildren, Lizz (Jason), Brent Palmer of Palmyra, VA and Samantha Freeman (Dewight) of Portland; her siblings, Jane McGraw (Tommy) of Tuscaloosa, AL and Shelton Mavity (Doris) of Warner-Robbins, GA; and her niece Breanna Yeager (Joe) of Nashville, TN. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
