He is survived by: his father Larry Wayne Mooneyhan; his wife Robin Mooneyhan of Portland; his children, Preston Mooneyhan of Cross Plains, Brittany Cain of Florida and Chelsea Oscarson of Georgia; his grandchildren, Bryleigh Mooneyhan, Princeton Mooneyhan and Emery Oscarson; his brothers, Stacey Mooneyhan of Portland, Jeffery Gaylen Mooneyhan of Lafayette and Glynn Travis Mooneyhan of Portland; and his mother Patricia Ann Mooneyhan.
