He is survived by: his son Nathan Hawkins (Molly Jones) of Brentwood; his mother Ruth McDougal Hay of Portland; his siblings, Mike Hawkins of Franklin, KY and Debbie Gammon of Franklin, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Derek Hawkins, Kenny Gammon, Grace Hawkins, Susan Parks (Bobby) and Kathy Vandersloot (Doug). He is also survived by 9 great nieces and nephews; and 2 great-great nieces and nephews.
