He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Juliano and Palma Juliano; his son Gary Juliano; and his brothers, Tommy Juliano and Mike Juliano.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Juliano; his sons, Charles Juliano Jr., Keith Juliano (Keri) and Joseph Juliano (Janet); and his siblings, Johnny Juliano, Louie Juliano, Nancy Beltz, Mary Ann Scherr and Jeinne Juliano. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
