He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Toney (Theo) of Portland and Carlton Dewayne Gregory of Portland; his grandchildren, Alandria Toney, Lucas Toney, Elan Toney and Riley Gregory; and his brother Faron Troutt (Tina) of Westmoreland, TN..
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home (715 S Broadway, Portland, TN 37148). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
