He is survived by: his parents, Melvin West and Cynthia Cullison Morris; his children, Ashley Fuller, Jeremy Fuller, Jordan Fuller, Ecko Fuller and Willow Fuller; and his siblings, Heidi Carter, Ben Fuller and Corey West. He is also survived by several grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made to offset the funeral expense.
