He was predeceased by: his mother Julia Marie Lawill Willoughby. He is survived by: his father Edward "Eddie" Willoughby (Camelia) of Waverly, TN; his children, Caleb Willoughby of Portland, TN, Christian Willoughby of Cookeville, TN and Elaina Willoughby of Portland, TN; his siblings, Joshua Willoughby (Christina) of Murfreesboro, TN and Lisa Willoughby Campbell of Montgomery County, KY; and his grandson Isaiah Willoughby.
