He was predeceased by: his wife Anita Jones Humphrey; and his brothers, Terry Humphrey and Gary Humphrey. He is survived by: his son Josh (Fabiola Humphrey); his grandchildren, Katie Welch (Bobby) of Clarksville, Kelsey Humphrey of Chattanooga, Mia Humphrey of Portland and Joshua Humphrey of Portland; his great grandchildren, Cooper Welch of Clarksville and Harrison Welch of Clarksville; his siblings, Kathy Humphrey and Michael Humphrey; and his nephew Steven Humphrey.
