It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy West of Portland, Tennessee, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul West and Maurine Wiseman. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Geralee Fleming; his daughter Anita Eade (Charles) of Tampa, Florida; his grandchildren, Keeton Baker (Jesse) of Portland and Logan Eade of Tampa, Florida; his great grandchild Elijah Baker; his brother Bob West (Pat); and his sister-in-law Carolyn West of Portland.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jesse Baker, Logan Eade, Bob West, Keith Kizer, Joe Freeman, Steve Freeman and Dale Wiseman. *Due to Covid-19, please protect the family and friends by wearing a face mask and social distance at all times during visitation/funeral service.
