He is survived by: his wife Patricia Scott of Portland; his daughter Lisa Jo Hyten (Todd) of Portland; his grandson Colten Hyten of Portland; and his siblings, Lilie Duran of Chapmonboro, TN, Shirley Brown (Jimmy) of Springfield, Peggy Christian (Hubert) of Hendersonville, Mary Alice Jenkins (Carl) of Guthrie, KY, Jill Lamberth of White House, Jack Scott of Cross Plains and Jimmy Scott (Gretchen) of Bethpage. He is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews.
