She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Henry Siegrist and Polly Brummitt Hraby; and her brother Henry Wilson Siegrist. She is survived by: her husband James S. Gardner; her children, Troy Estes (Jena) of White House, TN, Chris Estes of Portland, TN., Susie Gardner of Macon, GA and Carolyn Smith (Kurt) of Mt. Juliet, TN.; her grandchildren, Derek (Laura), Tyler, Hannah, Matt, Maggie, Erica, Boise, Andrew and Julia; and her great grandchildren, Miles and Kamani.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Annette's name.
