He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Kirkham (Cathleen) of Sutherlin, OR. and Bonnie Serrano of Hendersonville, TN.; his grandchildren, Colton, Baylor Kirkham of Sutherlin, OR, Arya and Adele Serrano of Hendersonville, TN.; and his brother David Kirkham (Leslie) of Springfield, TN.
