He is survived by: his wife Gayla Hodge Cox; his sister Deanna Boston (Billy); his children, Cindra Dye (Brandon) of Pikeville, Breanna Sadowski (Kevin) of Crossville, Chasity Brock of Pikeville, Christin Hale (Hunter) of Dayton, Hunter Cox (Katie) of Birchwood, Daylie Warfield (Bradley) of Dayton and Shaylie Needham of Graysville; and his nieces, Raquel Cooley (Jonathan) of Cleveland and Amanda Johnson of Soddy Daisy. He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, twelve grandchildren.
