He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Head and Hazel Albright Head; and his siblings, Kenneth, Charles Head and Pat Head Summitt.
He is survived by: his sons, Derrick (Jennifer) and David (Traci); his grandson Connor; and his sister Linda. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
