He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Altfillisch and Mary Bennis Altfillisch. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Knight Altfillisch; his children, Michael Thomas Altfillisch (Dianne), Sarah Altfillisch, Angela Altfillisch Egan (Brendan) and Caroline Altfillisch Means (Garrett); and his siblings, J. Brent Altfillisch (Cathy), Brian Altfillisch (Jill), Lois Gehl (Jerry) and Mary Mahler (Mark). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
