He is survived by: his daughters, Glynda (Steve Maxey), Lynda (Hershel Basham) and Carol (Stan Simmons); his great grandchildren, Matt, Ashley Maxey, Julie Beth, James, Natalie Simmons, Stacey, Brad Reece, Easton and Brooklynn; his brother-in-law Ralph Powell; his nephews, Glenn, Kevin, Bruce Kennedy and Jeff Powell; his niece Ericka Surber; and his caregiver Sally McMurray.
