He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Watts and Martha Elizabeth Holt Watts; his brothers, Kenneth and Danny Watts; and his sons-in-law, Wayne Reeves and Bubba Douglas.
He is survived by: his wife Jackie Watts; his children, Glenn Watts, Dawn Douglas, Angela Huff (Mike) and Lisa Fleming; his brother Gary Watts; his grandchildren, Derek Dwyer (Niki), Dustin Walker, Jacob Dwyer, Jason Huff (Brittany) and Ryan Huff; and his great grandchildren, Carson, Whitley, Riggins Dwyer, Jaxten, Berkley Dwyer, Aiden, Connor and Nova Huff.
