He was predeceased by: his parents, Verda Hinkle and Laura Goff Hinkle; his wife Faye Sullivan; and his siblings, Dale, Wayne Hinkle, Phyllis Hinkle Beasley and Deborah Martinez.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Newell (Keith) and Denise Cummins; his grandson Blake Jenkins (Lacey); and his great grandchild Gabriel Jenkins.
