He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Lassiter and Teresa Weisbrot; his sister Linda Butler; his grandchildren, Shannon Brummitt, Jenny Binion, Joshua Lassiter and Melissa Lassiter; and the mother of his children Clara Miller. He is also survived by 10 great - grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
