He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Costa and Hilda Shaw Costa; his brother Richard Costa; and his pets, Dallas and Josie.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Costa; his brothers, Jim Costa (Wanda) and Roland Costa; his brother-in-law Barry Simpson (Cindy); and his friend Debbie Felts. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
