She was predeceased by: her mother Evelyn Phillips; and her daughter Melissa Bell-Williams. She is survived by: her daughter Miriam Bell (Randy Southall); her sisters, Patricia Ann Spivey and Nancy Key; and her grandchildren, Heather Peacock, Brandi Peacock (Greg Warrick), Tasha Bell (Matthew Harrell), Tyler Bell and Gabby Southall. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
