He was predeceased by: his father Malvern Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Ivis Skinner; his daughter Jackie Skinner; his mother Doloris Skinner; and his siblings, Patty Gamill (George), Liz Wentz (Frank), John Skinner and Frank Skinner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
