With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lula Rhea Phillips (Pleasant View, Tennessee), who passed away on July 12, 2018 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Tray Phillips of Mickey Phillips; and her brother William Traylor. She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Hester and Tammy Phillips; and her siblings, Joe Traylor, Frankie Mays and Billie Zurcher. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
