She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Martin and Mildred Kirby Martin; and her sister Phyllis Penkerton. She is survived by: her husband Charles Abbott; her children, Marc Abbott, Sr. (Traci), Randall Abbott (Shelly) and Christie Abbott; and her siblings, Douglas Rigdon, Rebecca Morris (Terry) and Tonya Mangrum (Bubba). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
