It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Kirkland of Pleasant View, Tennessee, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hodgkins and Julia Wheeler Hodgkins. She is survived by: her daughter Chontel Bracey; her grandchildren, Kelsey Anderson (Garrett), Brayden Bracey and Isabella Bracey; and her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Cas and Chandler Anderson.
