He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Goat" and Jewell Marie Binkley Bracey; his wife Blanche Alexine Parsons Bracey; his daughter Elizabeth Karene Newman; his siblings, Fred Bracey, Charles Bracey and Nadine Bracey Enderby; his granddaughter Judith Sloan Bracey; his grandson-in-law Clarence King; and his stepmother Annie Capps Bracey.
He is survived by: his children, Randell Bracey (Terri), Lynn Bracey (Valerie) and Vera Hogue (Keith); his son-in-law Ricky Newman; his grandchildren, Yeolanda King, Justin Bracey (Mary Margaret), Daniel Hogue (Maggie), Josh Hogue (Karah) and Weston Bracey; and his stepgrandchildren, Wayne Jones (Amanda), Joshua Jones, Jessica Partin (Shawn), Greg Carter (Sarah) and Ashley Stevens (Greg). He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
