He was predeceased by: his parent David T. Phillips; and his grandparents, Frazier, Beatrice Phillips, Rufus and Opal Forbes.
He is survived by: his parent Norma Jean Phillips; his significant other Mitzi Green; his children, Brayden Phillips, Colton Phillips and Alexis Phillips; and his siblings, Jeremy Phillips (Amber), Scott Phillips (Sandra), Reed Williams (Kristen), Jackie Jennings (Kenneth) and Rachel Phillips. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews; and seven great nieces.
