It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Stephen Webb of Pleasant View, Tennessee, who passed away on December 17, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton M. Webb and Lena Belle Webb (May); his brother Gary Webb; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Ray Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Fizer Webb; his children, Stephen Webb (Chloe) and Amber McClellan (Chris); his siblings, Mike Webb and Linda Lynn; his uncle Bill May (Carol); his nieces and nephews, Lori Worster and Vinny Morgano; and his grandchildren, Logan McClellan, Lucas McClellan, Landon McClellan and Dakota Webb.
