He was predeceased by: his former wife Peggy Cantrell; his son David Ray Cantrell; and his sisters, Wanda Kay Vanderpool and Shirley Jean Crocker. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Cantrell; his daughters, Jessica Kelley, Tisha Keck (Brett) and Brandy Radford (Robert); and his nephews, Terry Vanderpool (Jessie), Mike Crocker (Donna), Bubba Crocker (Leslie), Roger Crocker (Sharon) and Gene Crocker. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
