He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Ann Vann Moulton and Joe Moulton; his wife Donna Moulton; his children, Jamie Moulton (Dana), D'andrea Felts (Cory), Nancy Adams (Jeffery) and Rheanna Sullivan (Sean); and his brother Greg Moulton. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren.
