He was predeceased by: his parents, James Halpin and Frances Fugate Halpin; and his wife Barbara Ann Hester Halpin. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Halpin Anderson; his granddaughter Barbi Weakley (Colby); his great grandchildren, Ellie Anne Weakley and Dudley Nolan Weakley; and his siblings, Henry Madell Halpin (Maxine) and Jane Anne Sprague (Bill).
