He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold T. Cook and Lillian Richardson Cook; and his brothers, Felix and Harold Richard "Rick" Cook. He is survived by: his son Noah Cook (Olivia Buchanan); his aunt Patsy Langley; his cousins, Connie Langley Wood, Mary Langley and Frank Langley; and his niece Katie Cook Brown.
