He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee and Charlie Mae Hudgins Douglas; and his brother Jan Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Douglas; his sons, Michael Douglas (Michelle) and Brandon Douglas (Tracy); his grandchildren, Ashlee Taylor (Austin), Austin Douglas, Abbi Douglas, Alli Douglas, Kali Morton (Dylan), Korey Douglas, Logan Hall (Preston), Brooke Duquette (Kevin), Megan Palmer and Riley Palmer; his great grandchildren, Wesley Morton, Beau Taylor, Brilee Ray, Trace Hall, Charlie Duquette and Archer Hall; and his niece Chelsea Douglas.
