We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2021, at the age of 88, Blanche Bracey of Pleasant View, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. B. Parsons and Vera Mae Dryden Parsons; her daughter Elizabeth Karene Newman; her siblings, Rev. Julian "Jack" Parsons, Alice Eugenia Parsons and Lois Shores; and her granddaughter Judith Bracey.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Bracey; her children, Randell Bracey (Terri), Lynn Bracey (Valerie) and Vera Hogue (Keith); her son-in-law Ricky Newman; her grandchildren, Yeolanda King, Justin Bracey (Mary Margaret), Daniel Hogue (Maggie), Josh Hogue (Karah) and Weston Bracey; and her stepgrandchildren, Wayne Jones (Amanda), Joshua Jones, Jessica Partin (Shawn), Greg Carter (Sarah) and Ashley Stevens (Greg). She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
