It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Babbs-Hand (Pleasant View, Tennessee), born in Fairbury, Illinois, who passed away on February 27, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Donald; her husband Harris "Pop" Hand; and her daughter Beverly Jane Babbs. She is survived by: her mother Daisy Waters Bellot; her children, Tim Babbs (Jennifer) of Pleasant View, TN, Tom Babbs (Sheila) of Pleasant View, TN and Peggy Crutcher of Nashville, TN; her stepchildren, Ross Hand (Beverly) of Joelton, TN, Judy Adcock (Edrow), Teresa Murphy (Larry), Doris Lavender (Bobby) and Sherri Woodall (David); and her siblings, William Bellot (Cheryl) of Chatham, IL, James Bellot (Phyllis), Forrest and Mary Frances Gambardella. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and step great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be given to the Shriner's Hospital, Cincinnati, OH.
