She is survived by: her husband Henry Fetzik; her parents, Christiaan Teunisse and Renee Teunisse (Pieters); her daughter Charlotte S. E. Teunisse; and her siblings, Harold H. Teunisse, Patricia A. Teunisse and Nicole D. Teunisse. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
