She is survived by: her husband Ronald Smith; her children, Beth Stephens (Doug) and John Smith (Lisa) of Sycamore Valley; her brother Dan Oliver (Patricia) of Pleasant Shade; her grandchildren, Leigh Ann Meeks (Richard) of Coleytown, Jonathan Smith of Washington, Emilee Kay Stephens of Smithville and John William Stephens of Smithville; and her great grandchildren, Ryder Meeks and Eli Meeks.

The family has requested memorials to the Knollwood Manor Nurse Scholarship Fund.
