He is survived by: his mother Ethel Cantley; his children, Sandra Caraballo-Feliciano (Edwin), Owen Skinner (Gwen) and George Skinner (Laura); his great grandchild George; and his sisters, Sylvia Davis and Lucinda Stepp. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
